About this position

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking an Event Trainer Specialist to assist in planning, preparing, and executing innovative events while supporting area teams and providing training.

Responsibilities

As Event Trainer Specialist, you will be responsible to assist in planning, preparing, and executing innovative, trend-aligned events while supporting area teams, coordinating tasks, selling products, reporting to the manager, providing event-related training, and following up to evaluate results for successful outcomes.
• Assist and coordinate in planning, preparing, and executing events.
• Create innovative events aligned with current trends.
• Support the area team in executing their events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely task completion.
• Report to and follow instructions from the team manager.
• Follow up on and evaluate event results.
• Assist with selling products at events.
• Provide event-related training to the area team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has/is:
• Excellent marketing and sales skills.
• Ability to perform self-makeup and apply makeup on others. Have experienced in being a Make-Up Artist is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and skills in skincare and makeup.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Diligence and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy levels and enthusiasm.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform well under targets.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
