About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for a full cycle of recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Handle end-to-end non-B visa and work permit processes for our new foreign employees according to timeline and compliance under BOI
• Handle annual renewal of work permits and visa for our foreign employees
• Handle 90 days reports for our foreign employees
• Responsible for a full cycle of training, training needs survey, set an annual training plan based on survey results, follow up on training according to plan, and administration both of internal and external courses identified in annual training plan
• Responsibilities of general daily administration work and document to ensure the smooth operation in the office
• Carrying out any other necessary work or any tasks assigned by managements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or generalist role
• Having experience with recruitment process at least 1-2 years up is preferred
• Having experience with BOI and visa & work permit under BOI is plus
• Skilled in visa and work permit procedure
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to multitask, work independently and complete tasks upon timeline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software
• Strong organizational, communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive and a good team player
