About this position

The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for providing creative interior design concepts tailored to client needs and budgets, ensuring efficient space planning, and managing client expectations through presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative interior design concepts that fit on client needs and budget.
• Provide good and efficient space planning.
• Involvement in presentations and managing Client's Expectation.
• Provide and managing tender drawing.
• Provide and managing working drawing for construction.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of interior design experience.
• Auto Cad and 3D work required.
• A person who can make Space Planning and Lay-Out Plan.
• A person who can make Concept Plan.
• Able to present in English.
• Bachelor's (or above) degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. SketchUp, Photoshop, etc).
• Confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.
• Have a flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities as well as the ability to meet set deadlines.
