About this position
Responsibilities
• Preparing bill of quantities
• Knowledge in quantity take-off using CAD
• Assisting the QS Manager with pricing tenders and handling submissions
• Valuing completed work, monitoring bills, and organizing payments
Requirements
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Construction
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and a good team player
