Responsibilities
• Oversee daily management of personnel, legal, financial, and administrative departments.
• Regularly organize meetings with relevant departments to ensure smooth cross-departmental communication and prevent work omissions.
• Manage and coordinate departmental resources, promote work progress, and report outcomes to superiors and group headquarters.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, promote process optimization, and provide business support and recommendations.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by group staff.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields from a nationally recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel, financial, or administrative management within large enterprises.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
