Key Account Manager - MT Channel
About this position
As a global manufacturing company specialized in the fast-moving consumer sector, Hayat Holding is looking for a Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) to join their dynamic team in Thailand. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player committed to the success of customers.
Responsibilities
• Deliver Sale objectives, including Net Sales and Spending
• Manage trade spending and the overall profitability of responsible account
• Ensure the sales strategies have been executed to match with the market/customer opportunities and company resources
• Promotion and Activation Planning, NPD launches and other in-store promotions necessary to achieve sales objectives and targets
• Lead, Negotiate and optimize the trade term spending with responsible accounts
• Building strong partnerships with customers
• Develop the Customer Annual Business Plan and lead the analysis and preparation for monthly and annual business reviews with the customer.
• Dedicate to managing Annual Trading Terms negotiations for each business unit with customers.
• Manage perfect fundamental in-store such as distribution, share of shelf, share of SKUs, To do Category health check and still can deliver the sales performance
• Stay up to date on market intelligence to understand shopper’s buying decision, competitor movements and business opportunity
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• 5-10 years' experience in FMCG Modern Trade or Hypermarket or Supermarket Sales.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with a good command of both spoken & written English
• Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
