About this position
The พนักงานตรวจติดตามระบบคุณภาพภายใน (IQA) is responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality standards within the organization, as well as coordinating with external departments regarding quality systems.
Responsibilities
• Monitor quality standards within all departments
• Track CAR and CCP issued in the system
• Control quality system documents
• Prepare contracts/warranties related to sales/service
• Collect data and report on KPI performance
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Respond to customer questionnaires regarding company policies
• Compile and prepare various efficiency reports for management meetings
• Coordinate with external departments regarding quality systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Science, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in internal quality assurance, quality system standards, QA/QC, QMR
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively
• Observant and detail-oriented
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, Power Point
