About this position

In this position, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and optimizing strategies. It also manages employee training and development programs, collaborating to identify needs, design materials, and implement programs aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring headcounts are filled with talent promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, purpose-driven hiring experience.
• Streamline Interview Process. Coordinate screening calls, assessments, and interviews to ensure an efficient selection process.
• Update job descriptions and interview questions to align with company values and specific role requirements.
• Foster ongoing relationships with potential candidates and previous applicants.
• Track recruitment data to continuously enhance recruitment strategies for better outcomes.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring and line managers.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
People Development:
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of individuals and departments.
• Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
• Facilitate training sessions using various methods such as workshops, seminars, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure that training sessions are interactive, relevant, and contribute to the enhancement of employee skills.
• Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.
• Oversee the organization's Learning Management System, ensuring proper content management, user access, and reporting capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in training technology.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to training and ensure that all programs comply with relevant legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, or similar field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition/ L&D or in a similar role.
• Growth mindset with learning agility and adaptability.
• Results oriented with business acumen.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
