Responsibilities

You will be responsible for...
• Manage and monitor day-to-day planning and operations
• Lead S&OP meeting and alignment for coconut water businesses
• Review and challenge demand plan from stakeholders both oversea and local
• Act as the key contact for co-manufacturer operations
• Coordinate within Supply chain team to achieve other related activities such as raw materials, packaging, inventory management, shipment schedule
• Work within the planning team to identify Aged/slow/write-off stocks. Able to suggest the solutions
• Collaborate with other teams for new product development (NPD) under supply chain scope as well as product transition.
• Create weekly and/or monthly dashboards for leadership team to review
• Provide KPIs and reporting (e.g. Plan Attainment, OTIF, stock cover.) under Supply chain team's goals
• Ensure to follow company's food safety and other required standards
• Support special projects assigned by Supply Chain Manager

Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or related fields
• 5 years+ of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG and Food industry
• Proficiency in concurrent supply chain planning tools and software (e.g, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is preferred. Advanced Excel and data base skills are essential
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Exhibits out-of-the-box thinking to contribute to the transformation and improvement of supply chain processes
• Possesses a holistic view of the supply chain, understanding the interdependencies and impacts of various functions
