About this position

Manage all BOI matters through privilege optimization and compliance. Ensure all corporate tax matters are always carried out effectively in accordance with both local legal requirements & corporate internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and governance.
• Manage all BOI & Customs matters through privilege optimization and compliance.
• To ensure the accuracy of all local tax code/BOI privileges applied for the company.
• Responsible for preparing the calculation of corporate income tax (PND.50, PND.51) and application for corporate income tax exemption (BOI).
• Manage all taxation matters through the implementation of efficient tax management strategies designed to optimize tax payments while meeting all tax reporting obligations and both legislative and corporate requirements.
• Interacting with the revenue / BOI department related to taxation issues.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement and maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
• Provide advice on Thailand tax regulation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in accounting.
• Proven relevant experience in Tax and BOI.
• Knowledge of both Thai and International tax regulations.
• Good knowledge of Excel, and SAP Strong Analytical.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.
• Broad understanding of tax/BOI, tax treaties, and related laws.
• At least 8 years experience in handling Tax, BOI, and Customs issues of multinational companies.
• Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization.
