About this position

Planning, developing, and implementing speaker processes for the new program launch. Provide manufacturing information, including process time, labor needs, and investment for new speaker RFQ. Support speaker manufacturing plant for quality and efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities

New speaker program Industrialization
• Based on the speaker design concept, provide RFQ-required manufacturing information on time, including PFMD (process mapping, time, Director labor), evaluate and define manufacturing location & production line, and evaluate relevant investment needs.
• Conduct DFM review, and highlight process risks to PM, and the R&D team.
• Align fixture design and fabrication to meet the build schedule.
• Support Thailand plants on new speaker PV build & industrialization.
• Release manufacturing BOM (M-BOM) to plant.
• Conduct project gate review.

Speaker new process development
• Develop documented specifications for new processes.
• Develop new process PFMEA and provide input on control plan, hand over to plant engineering.

Manage the creation and maintenance of Process Specifications, Hardware Specifications, and Best Practices
• Work with global speaker team members to standardize production processes across the organization.
• Work with global speaker team members to develop and implement best practices in production that result in the best possible quality level while managing costs.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer about all aspects of the transducer process to the plant engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanism/Electronics/Automation etc.)
• 5 years of experience as a process engineer with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
• Experience in launching & industrializing new products, be familiar with new project development processes.
• Good English communication.
