About this position

In the role of Equipment (SMT) Technician, you will have the opportunity to work within our Automotive Division, responsible for production SMT equipment development, maintenance, and improvement, collaborating closely with cross-department for problem-solving, process improvement, and cost-saving.

Responsibilities

• Support initial equipment transfer, new equipment purchase & installation, and all other auxiliary equipment installation and implementation.
• Support the ME team for new projects and SMT improvement.
• Equipment installation and commission ready for line process / equipment validation run.
• Support ME to prepare and effectively implement preventive maintenance program for all equipment – Solder Printer / SPI / Pick & Place / Reflow Oven / AOI / X-Ray machine.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/High Vocational in Manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Experience: Five years or more experience in EMS electronic manufacturing as a Process/ Equipment Technician. Experience in ISO/IATF16949 quality system, new product launch.
• Be familiar with process flow, PFMEA, and CP.
• Be familiar with Heller Reflow oven, Kohyoung SPI and Fuji NXT Pick & Place MC.
• Be familiar with ISO/IATF16949 quality system and TPM system.
• Communication skills and good leadership, a fair mind, a strong sense of responsibility.
