Responsibilities
• Driving Talent Acquisition function for Harman’s Automotive Division supporting our new manufacturing facility in Chonburi.
• Proactively identify qualified candidates through multiple sources, including employee referrals, social networking sites, networking, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Global Talent Acquisition team to devise and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies, with a specific focus on advancing HARMAN’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate qualifications to negotiating offers and managing pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and key industry contacts.
• Develops compelling and inspirational messages to tell the HARMAN talent story.
• Proficiently utilize recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, local job boards, etc.) to lead in talent acquisition.
• Support the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead on employer branding initiatives in Thailand's office.
• Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure that the hiring process complies with legal requirements, such as equal employment opportunity laws and data privacy regulations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipeline for critical roles as well as mass recruitment positions.
• Proactively escalate complex recruitment challenges when necessary.
• Participate in recruiting projects as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and local job boards in Thailand (e.g., Jobs DB, JobThai, Snaphunt).
• Strong customer focus and adept at using a consultative approach with internal clients.
• Experience managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Solid understanding of recruitment/hiring laws and best practices.
• Ability to quickly grasp HARMAN’s recruitment policies, processes, and protocols.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Thai.
