About this position

The Sales Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing various sales-related documents, communicating with customers, and addressing customer issues while ensuring effective internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handling all External and Internal Document such as purchase Order, Processing Order and Delivery Order etc.
• Contact and Communicate with customer and other concern section in company.
• Handling Tax Invoice and Bill Replacement.
• Receiving customer's problems and claims.
• Handling Internal document in Sales Section.
• Other assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Basic Steel Knowledge
• Communication and Teamwork and Social Skills
• Responsibility and can work under pressure
• Good Chinese Speaking
