HR Manager - Surin Plant
About this position
Responsibilities
• Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
• Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding, performance evaluations, training & development, counselling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
• Monitoring salary structure and benefits to ensure a balance between cost controls and attracting/retaining staff.
• Facilitating the employee performance management processes.
• Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
• Provides support to managers and supervisors investigates and assists with resolving employee issues as they arise.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Providing advice to all internal parties on labor law compliance and workman compensation law in alignment with company policies and regulations.
• Communicates and demonstrates the company culture and values and fosters positive employee relations.
• Responsible for leading the HR Team to include developing, guiding, monitoring, coaching and counseling. Develops teamwork and cross-functionality.
• Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge.
• Execute and monitor the operations on HRD to meet objective and in line with budget approved.
• Supports carrier development initiatives and succession planning to all functions through technical and soft skill trainings for people development.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
• Administration- Manage and monitor Canteen & cleanliness, Transportation & security guard management etc.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
• Experience in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding, performance evaluations, training & development, counselling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
• Ability to monitor salary structure and benefits.
