About this position

The Principal Engineer position requires a highly experienced individual with a strong background in engineering and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of work experience in IC assembly background preferably in EOL Process.
• Possess strong Leadership qualities, technical problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience and ability to lead or supervise a team of specialists and other staff.
• Excellent to communicate in English
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office
