About this position

The EOL Process Engineering Manager is responsible for managing engineering functions in the development of production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering functions in development of production processes to ensure the optimum efficiency of all operations at possible lowest cost.
• Design and control production process to achieve high quality product.
• Solve and prevent problem occurred during production process as well as develop production process through the utilization of new technology, knowledge and equipment.
• Manage various engineering programs designed to achieve higher process/product quality and equipment in conformance with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and above Major in Science or Engineering.(Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering or Physics)
• At least 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment prefer End of Line IC process.
• Strong technical problem solving skills.
• Experience and ability to lead or supervise a team of specialists and other staff.
• Excellent command of English both writing and speaking.
