Product/Process Engineer (Wafer Fabrication)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To establish, design, analyze, and evaluate engineering processes.
• To design processes, plan, control parameters, setup machines, and coordinate all activities involved in wafer fabrication process.
• To troubleshoot machines and implement improvements in order to meet requirements and customer expectations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Semiconductor Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science.
• New Graduates or 1-3 years of working experience in the semiconductor field.
• Good English communication skills; understanding Korean is an advantage.
• Experience in Chip Design, Wafer backgrinding process, Package saw process, or COB process.
• Experience in Product/Test Engineer or Failure Analysis Engineers in Power discrete devices or related fields.
• Knowledge in Microelectronics such as surface mount technology (SMT), chip on board assembly (COB), printed circuit board assembly (PCBA).
• Able to work in Lamphun province and opportunity for training overseas.
• Must be fully fluent in Thai.
