HR Manager
About this position
The HR Manager position requires a qualified individual to oversee human resources development and management within a manufacturing environment, focusing on training and organizational development.
Responsibilities
• Oversee human resources development and management in the manufacturing sector.
• Manage training and development programs.
• Implement organizational development initiatives.
• Facilitate succession planning and talent management.
• Ensure effective performance management processes.
• Develop and apply modern training principles and curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Law and related regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferably in Law, Political Science or Public Administration / HR Management or other related field.
• At least 5 year experiences in manufacturing, at management level in Human Resources Development and Management, or Training and Development.
• Knowledge of HR and experience in organizational development, succession planning, talent management and performance management will be favorably considered.
• Thorough understanding of modern training principles and curriculum development.
• Strong Knowledge about Labor Law and other related Laws.
• Good communication, and negotiation skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Be stationed at Lamphun province.
