Marketing Partnership Supervisor
About this position
The Marketing Partnership Supervisor is responsible for developing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition for Halodoc.
Responsibilities
• Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with institutions and other brands to drive user acquisition and enhance Halodoc's brand visibility and reach.
• Actively seek out networking opportunities to identify potential partnerships and negotiate mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our business objectives.
• Craft compelling marketing proposals for partners, ensuring seamless execution and comprehensive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and achieve marketing goals.
• Coordinate and oversee partnership activities, including the development of collaborative content, organization of events (both online and offline), and management of other confirmed activities.
• Ensure that all partnership initiatives are executed effectively and contribute to our overall business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or related roles.
• Proven track record in partnership management, account management, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Deep understanding of partnership management and community engagement strategies to foster collaborative relationships and drive business growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and build trust.
• Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns to promote partnerships and drive user acquisition.
• Proficiency in data analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making and measure partnership performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
