The Business and Operation Analyst will play a critical role in growing the direct to consumer channel of Halodoc Home Lab and Home Care Business by conducting business and operations analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Conducting business and operations analysis on driving more D2C transactions
• Market research on new business potential
• Competitive analysis for existing and new lab tests or services offerings
• Plan & implement changes and new strategies to improve product marketability
• Assess operational process & propose and implement improvements
• Cross functional collaboration
• Campaign and promotion planning with the marketing team
• Funnel Analysis for Home Lab and Home Care users with marketing team
• Product improvement planning with product and tech team
Requirements
• More than 2 years working experience in similar role is preferred
• Having experience in FMCG and tech companies is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Have a good communication skill, pro-active & detail-oriented
