Drone Specialist - Sistem ICT & Monitoring
About this position
Responsibilities
• Always learn and understand the products, services, and technologies sold and marketed by Halo Robotics, especially in the Security, ICT, Drone Monitoring, Command & Control Center categories.
• Operate drones professionally according to agreed scope of work and follow company flight SOPs and instructions safely.
• Plan flights and demo reports internally and externally (internal testing and customer demos).
• Organize and maintain company assets including drone technology and sensors according to Maintenance Guidelines.
• Plan product training and conduct training for Halo Robotics customers.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Pilot in Command, Clients, and relevant parties in project planning and execution. Daily reporting on project progress and final reports on project activities in the field.
• Actively communicate with internal and external company stakeholders regarding project work until completion.
• Adhere to and fully implement the company's values.
• Uphold and practice the company's values, both within the company environment and in assigned locations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Systems, Aviation/Flight, or other relevant majors.
• Proficient in operating computer systems and software, fast typing skills, and expertise in TCP/IP, LAN, Internet, and RTMP/RTSP network systems.
• Understand digital systems, VMS, Command Control Center, and mobile applications fluently.
• Must have a remote pilot drone certificate from the Ministry of Transportation's DKPPU or have completed a drone pilot certification program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Drone and/or aviation industry, especially with DJI Enterprise for monitoring and surveillance.
• Excellent communication skills in professional Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understand English writing and have basic two-way communication skills in English.
• Occupational safety training certificates, K3, and others are a plus.
• TOEFL or similar certification is a plus.
