Drone Engineer Team Leader - Spraying & Spreading
About this position
Responsibilities
• Understand and promote products, services, and technology sold by Halo Robotics, especially in the DJI Agras drone category.
• Responsible for improving performance and knowledge of drone usage and applications.
• Design and operate DJI Agras drones.
• Plan and execute on-site demonstrations at customer locations.
• Create demonstration reports for customers according to company templates.
• Plan ongoing projects such as consultations and training for customers on-site or at the office.
• Assist marketing and sales teams in finding new market share and potential customers.
• Pre-sales: assist marketing and sales teams in presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• After-sales: check and handle customer products under warranty and perform repairs out of warranty.
• Maintain and update company assets.
• Assist the marketing team in event activities by participating, giving presentations, and providing support and explanations to booth visitors.
Requirements
• Hold a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related fields.
• Possess FASI or APDI certification.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating DJI Agras drones.
• Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
• Willing to travel out of town.
