About this position

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing and repairing internal drone assets and customer drones for DJI Enterprise, DJI DOCK, and DJI Agriculture.
• Create damage reports, inspection reports, drone repairs, and spare parts requests.
• Certify and train company resellers, attend training and certification from principals.
• Inspect and repair client/company drones following procedures from analysis, price quotes, Customer Approval, Repair/replacement within deadlines.
• Request credit approval in DJI's After-Sales system to obtain credit memo approval.
• Communicate with principals via email and WeChat when necessary.
• Ensure drones sent abroad are completed following procedures, from analysis/replacement from Principal, to notifying the Customer when the item is ready for pick-up or delivery.
• Actively communicate with manufacturers to determine the best solutions for repairing goods.
• Organize and maintain company assets including drone technology and sensors according to the Company's Maintenance Guidelines.
• Ready to travel for on-site repairs.
• Create stock data and spare parts orders (PRQ).

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen, bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in after-sales service for electronic products or drones.
• Able to use after-sales service systems (CRM / ERP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
• Able to communicate in English fluently both in writing and verbally.
• Have intellectual flexibility and honesty, able to accept positive and negative feedback well; adaptive to problem-solving, experimentation, and learning new things.
• Independent and quick learner through observation, introspection, reading, and discussion.
