About this position

The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of strategies to achieve sales goals, brand distribution, and overall effective business management. This role requires a driven sales professional to grow sales and manage business activities for key customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish channel strategy for account Management. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers and coach team to ensure the annual sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure merchandising objectives are achieved by making proper presentations to accounts and implementing in-store.
• Analyze sales trends with each customer and agree on promotional strategy with Trade Marketing.
• Optimize Trade-Marketing spends to improve profit contribution.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting monthly.
• Manage account stocks to ensure products are sufficiently stocked.
• Achieve product/SKU listings with accounts on time.
• Implement brand promotions in line with trade promotion plan.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
