Join Our Team as a Sales Director in Thailand! Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales and building strong relationships? We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our internal sales team to achieve company objectives across offline retail channels in Thailand.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Building and commercializing a sales strategy based on market insights and growth opportunities
• Developing financial and operational plans aligned with the company's mission
• Fostering strategic, long-term partnerships with distributors and key customers
• Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders including partners and clients to facilitate business development
• Executing a route-to-market model for Thailand to support strategic objectives
• Collaborating with other key functions to adapt strategies to evolving customer needs
• Promoting initiatives for Commercial Hygiene and Operations Excellence
• Building and nurturing a high-performance sales team
Requirements
Application Requirements:
• University degree; an MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of general sales experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
• Proven track record of sales achievement / account management across various sales positions with ability to drive change and enhance sales capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in people management and proven ability to manage performance effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Experience in business planning and management, focusing on operational excellence and improvements in sales practices and workflows
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization
