About this position

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of sales strategies, brand distribution, and overall business management to achieve goals. This role requires a driven sales professional to grow sales and manage business activities for key customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish channel strategy for account Management. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers and coach team to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets.
• Ensure merchandising objectives are achieved through proper presentations to accounts and implementation in-store.
• Analyze sales trends with each customer and agree on promotional strategies with Trade Marketing.
• Optimize Trade-Marketing spends to improve profit contribution.
• Accurately forecast sales monthly.
• Manage account stocks to ensure products are sufficiently stocked.
• Achieve product/SKU listings with accounts on time.
• Implement brand promotions in line with trade promotion plan.
• Develop and implement trade promotion strategies to achieve targets and create visibility for products.
• Understand customers' needs and provide value-added customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in achieving targeted sales volumes and distribution targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales trends and forecast accurately.

• Ability to manage account stocks effectively.
• Experience in developing channel strategies for account management.
