About this position
Responsibilities
These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Achieve secondary sales targets and KPIs at respective area
• Monitor sales performance versus KPIs
• Support Joint Business Plan reviews with Key Account customers
• Implement distributor business development plans for each distributor
• Monitor delivery fulfillment / service level of distributors and customer
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business review meetings with distributor and customer
• Nurture & Develop continuous improvement culture through employee engagement and people development
• Build & lead strong teams toward results (recruitment, motivation and development staffing responsibilities)
Requirements
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• Bachelor degree from any major
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Field Management within FMCG industry
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
• In store execution & POS control
• Ability to develop high performing team
• Distributor and account management skills
• Negotiation Skill
• Understand about category management
• Modern & general trade customers knowledge
• Project management
• Cost management knowledge
• Proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing and speaking
