About this position
Responsibilities
• Deliver volume, value business & Profitability
• Excellent collaboration with operational team in area
• Excellent execution on alignment with Marketing, Trade Marketing
• Monthly business review in driving the category in the respective accounts and stores
• Overseeing the execution and also understanding end to end business of Modern Trade Independent
• Strong collaboration in the respective area to drive initiatives align with Trade Marketing and well execution with Sales team
• Working with National Account Manager to plan & execute new launches, consumer promotion, incremental space/volume on regular intervals
• Drive market share at each respective channel and area
• Have the capability to analyze performance and insight internal and external data or finding
• Have the operational capability to drive operational account or stores
• Coach and develop sales team to deliver excellent execution
• Conduct quarterly review with team on the progress and way forward
Requirements
• Holds bachelor degree
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Experienced in account management of consumer products
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills
• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business
• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Strong feeling of responsibility
• Willing to be based in Bandung
