About this position

We are now looking for Commercial Controller to manage, strengthen and provide hygiene control for trade investments. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective Gross to Net strategy and ensure utilization of budget is well managed.
• Provide clear SOPs are in place to guide for a Hygiene end to end Gross to Net process.
• Ensure that SOP is adhered to through management monitoring system.
• Lead improvement in Net Revenue Management.
• Supporting month end reports with finance team by preparing analysis of actual spend vs planned spend.
• Supporting finance system and commercial audits.
• Ensuring meeting all required activities in a timely and compliant manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field of commercial controller or Net Revenue Growth Management.
• Proven experience in net revenue growth management, strategic trade spend planning and management, or a similar role.
• Experience in upholding controls and hygiene process of trade spend investment.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills required.
• Strong track record in leadership, working within cross-functional teams, influencing and communications skills.
• Strong communication in English – read, write and speak.
