About this position

As a Hair Stylist at Hair4all Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling. You will report directly to the Salon Manager and work closely with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide hair styling services to clients according to their preferences and needs
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look and offer recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
• Cut, color, and style hair using various techniques and tools
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Sell hair care products and recommend treatments to clients
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and stay current with industry trends
• Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to create a positive and professional work environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for clients and staff.

Requirements

- Khusus pria
- Maksimal 30 tahun
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
- Berpengalaman di bidang Hair Stylist minimal 1 tahun
- Berkelakuan baik dan mampu berkomunikasi
dengan baik
- Berpenampilan rapi
- Sehat jasmani dan psikis
- Memiliki identitas asli yang masih berlaku (KTP/SIM)
- Tidak pernah terlibat pidana/narkoba
- Lebih diutamakan yang belum menikah / tidak memiliki
tanggungan
- Lowongan terbuka khusus yang tinggal di Jakarta, Bandung,
Surabaya, dan Bali.
