In 2015, the Air Conditioning Technical Training Center was established as ASEAN regional and also the first Technical Training Center of Haier in overseas. In Marketing term, we provide our services and products which are Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Freezer & Beverage Cooler, Television, Water Heater and Microwave Oven via more than 300 sale networks in Thailand.

About this position

The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for conducting product research, organizing training programs for customers, providing technical consulting services, and supporting sales and project teams in the air conditioning industry.

Responsibilities

• Product research & benchmark, Air Conditioning product lineup planning.
• Responsible for training program and organize training for customers according to assigned.
• Technical consulting services for customers who have problems using Haier AC products that have been sold.
• Output product technical USP & Benchmark presentation, support sales, training & sell out team.
• Technical support for AC project(B2B), output product solution for project.
• Cooperate and coordinate with the sales team, service team, and repair team to provide information service to customers. To improve air conditioner service efficiency and spare part efficiency.
• AC industry association PR activity, including exhibition, AC association & Thailand labor examination center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related fields. At least 3 years work experience in AC industry. Employee from Daikin Carrier and Mitsubishi is first priority.
• Good knowledge for AC product, who can analysis the benefit and weakness of each main parts such as compressor, motor, capacitor etc.
• Management ability is necessary to manage installer group and support team.
• Relationship with AC industry association or exhibition (Option)
• Relationship with some key contractor or consultant for project business (Option)
• Techniques of engineering and analytical mind with problem-solving.
• Able to travel in assign area for company business.
