Purchasing (Import-Electric)
About this position
The Purchasing (Import-Electric) position involves managing stock levels, ensuring quality parts, and coordinating with vendors to meet production needs.
Responsibilities
• Support part and monitor stock levels
• Manage and control reach to KPI target
• Check and confirm part for customer additional order
• Improve quality part and vendor
• Balance stock and place order to vendor
• Follow delivery and control shipment schedule
• Issue document remittance requisition form for payment preparation
• Manage and control aging inventory stock reach to the target. Local materials need to run out of stock on time as system set up.
• If the production plan was changed or cancelled, order management will alert marketing and inform stock for request order from customer
• If raw material changed or cancelled cause from changing model or cost down project, order management have to check stock immediately both at Haier and vendor. And balance stock before use new material.
• Supplier evaluation on delivery achievements.
• Work as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
• Good knowledge of importing privilege, good command in English and good computer skills
• 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and high responsibility
