PQC Leader
About this position
The PQC Leader is responsible for managing and controlling quality-related tasks in accordance with the Quality Division's plans and policies, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
• To manage and control job in charge follow to Quality Division plan and policy ;
• To maintain and develop quality control plan and quality standard .
• To maintain and develop instruments and equipment's for testing and inspection .
• To coach and monitor working team including control subordinate to follow to company rule and regulation .
• To create and implement cost down project .
• To plan and manage subordinate to work and deliver result efficiently under budget control .
• To coach and make decision under assigned authorization to drive job in charge operation .
• To monitor job in charge operation to ensure on correct tracking result and make job in charge operation run through .
• To evaluate subordinate and report to direct line of command .
• To review and approve the relevant report and document under assigned authorization .
• To manage working system followed to procedures and work instructions according to ISO9001 , ISO14001 , ISO18001 .
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• More experience of the QC 2 Year up
