About this position
The Head of HR&GA Department is responsible for managing and leading the HR&GA department, translating business strategies into people and organization strategies, and supporting the management team in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the HR&GA department.
• Translate business strategies into a people and organization strategy and supports the management team in the achievement of their business goals.
• Day-to-day responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating human resources management activities to optimize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personal policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and activities.
• Responsible for the payroll organization and activities, incl. time and attendance management and social security.
• Responsible for the control and development of the Human Resources Information System (HR Software).
• Developing and implementing HR activities and communication aligned with the overall vision of the organization.
• Provide advice and counsel to managers, supervisors, and employees as to Human Resources policies (Company Regulation), procedures and employee benefits.
• Oversee employee’s compensation and benefits.
• Proactively monitor local and national employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Social Administration, Communication or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in management level (Experience with public companies will be advantage).
• Advanced knowledge of Thai employment laws and regulations.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to apply concepts into practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability.
• Fluency in English is essential for this role.
• had experiences in FMCG business will be advantage.
