About this position

The Supply Chain Manager / Sr. Manager is responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to create demand plans, collaborating with various teams, and developing supply chain strategies to meet customer requirements efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts to create accurate demand plans.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure demand plans align with business goals.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Optimize logistics and distribution networks to reduce lead times and costs.
• Establish inventory policies and monitor stock levels to balance cost and availability.
• Implement inventory control processes to minimize excess stock and obsolescence.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with purchasing, logistics, Quality Assurance, finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and align on strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Keep updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to stay competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Good Command of English.
