About this position

ตำแหน่ง IT Support [Senior Officer-AM] มีหน้าที่ในการติดตั้งและตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบ IT รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานของอุปกรณ์ IT เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

Responsibilities

• ติดตั้งและตรวจสอบการทำงานของ Server, MS windows, LotusMail, Internet, WIFI และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานให้พร้อมใช้งานประจำวัน
• ตรวจสอบปัญหาการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ และอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่ออื่นๆทางด้าน IT
• ประสานงานหน่วยงานเพื่อเข้ามาแก้ไขปัญหา printer และ computer, เพื่อเพิ่ม และ แก้ไข email และ network แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน software เบื้องต้น
• ดูแลและบริหารการเบิกจ่ายของอุปกรณ์สิ้นเปลืองเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ IT accessories
• ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมงานในการดำเนินงาน Ad-hoc project ของบริษัท
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆเกี่ยวกับงาน IT Hardware & Software ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-5 ปี ด้าน IT Support field หรือด้าน IT ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีต้อนรับบัณฑิตจบใหม่)
• มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ (hardware, software) และ operating system (Windows Server, Linux, networking concepts, VMWare, Veeam, Cloud computing) และ ระบบพื้นฐาน
• สามารถสื่อสารอธิบายการใช้งานของระบบ IT ให้ผู้ใช้งานเข้าใจง่าย
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Computer พื้นฐาน หรือหากสามารถใช้ Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Canva จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (หากสามารถทำ Power BI, Query จะได้รับพิจารณาพิเศษ)
• มีความสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel และ PowerPoint
• มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความยืดหยุ่นในเวลาทำงาน
• มีบุคลิกเป็น Tech Savvy
