IT Support Officer (สุขุมวิท64)
About this position
The IT Support Officer is responsible for administering and managing servers, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of business software and applications.
Responsibilities
• To Administer and manage servers such as database servers and other servers as assigned to ensure business software is running smoothly and able to service
• To provide business reports, query and business information to Management and users as needed
• To provide technical support to ERP, CRM and other business applications
• To perform backup and restoration tasks for data and system
• To report problems and issues related to ERP and CRM applications to vendors along with feedback responses to end users
• To support activities and tasks to achieve the company quality policy
• To support IT projects and coordinate with other IT functions, key users and third parties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• At least 2-3 years experience in IT infrastructure and support in IT functions
• Experience in technical support such as infrastructure, server, security, backup and virtualization
• Familiar with telephone system, barcode scanner, Handheld device and other IT devices for warehouse management industry
• Have communication skills - Thai (Native), English
