About this position

Area Sales position in the North region with responsibilities including creating sales plans, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, proposing products to customers, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with various departments. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in sales management, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create sales plan, sales strategies and prepare sales target for sales team. Including lead the sales team to achieve the sales target by coaching, planning, implementing and developing sales tasks.
• Responsible for increases revenue by acquire new customer basis to the company and maintain relationship with old customer by manage sales in the area to achieve the target.
• Contact and visit existing and potential customers and propose the products, promotion and activity plan.
• To study and understand the needs of the customers and to prepare quotation, tenders or other sales related documents for the customers. In this process may be required to give a presentation and negotiate with the customer.
• To follow up the schedule of products, document including installation or deliver the goods to customer on the time commitment.
• Coordinates with sales management, marketing, supply chain management, accounting, logistics and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any related fields
• 3-5 years experience in Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor from relevant field preferably in home appliance, furniture, hardware or similar industry and products
• Good command of English
• Good command of Microsoft Office
