About this position

ตำแหน่งช่างเทคนิคบริการหลังการขายจะรับผิดชอบในการให้บริการลูกค้าและดูแลอุปกรณ์หรือสินค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมายในพื้นที่ที่กำหนด.

Responsibilities

• ให้บริการลูกค้าที่เข้ามารับบริการที่โชว์รูม
• ให้บริการลูกค้าในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
• ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์หรือสินค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ควบคุมคุณภาพการให้บริการของผู้รับเหมา
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. ขึ้นไป ในด้านไฟฟ้า, ก่อสร้าง, เครื่องยนต์, เคหะภัณฑ์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
• กรณีมีประสบการณ์ด้านช่างไม้, ช่างเฟอร์นิเจอร์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบขับขี่ และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
