About this position

Under the direction of Manufacturing Manager, this position is responsible for driving VES methodologies with accountability through daily management of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, People, 5S and VES related subjects in Laboratory & Bulk Chemistry Manufacturing department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving VES methodologies with accountability through daily management of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, People, 5S and VES related subjects in Laboratory & Bulk Chemistry Manufacturing department.
• Includes laboratory roles for validation and qualification of new chemicals.
• Transferring of new products and processes.
• Lead on chemistry related projects.
• Support GCS functions.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.
