About this position

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing repair, preventive maintenance, training, and service support for assigned products as requested by customers or sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair, preventive maintenance, training and service support as assign product upon request from customer / sales
• Troubleshooting problems with equipment and making repairs as needed and correspondent with relevant parties
• Maintaining equipment by performing regular maintenance checks, replacing parts, or performing repairs and submit service report
• Diagnosing problems with equipment and making recommendations for repair or replacement

Requirements

• Bachelor in electronics, electrical, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-year experience working as a Service Engineer, Technical repairing, with experience in servicing water analytical instruments is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and Coordinate Skill
• Able to perform field work
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
• Ability to work safely around electrical and mechanical hazards.
• Good command in English
• Driving License and have own car
