Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
• Performs all sales activity within an assigned geographic territory to meet company objectives.
• Annually submits and implements a detailed sales action plan identifying: On-line Process and Lab instrument sales objectives, sales opportunities for customers, and regional shows to be attended during the following fiscal year by SFDC.
• Participates in sales activities including key customer site visits, developing the On-line Process and Lab instrument business, increasing our On-line Process and Lab instrument market share, trade seminars/shows, workshops, product demonstrations.
• Submit annually, monthly and weekly sales forecasts to Sales Manager.
• Maintains customer activity files in SFDC.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Application Engineer, and Marketing team, to drive the business through the existing strategy.
• Collects and reports information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Prefer a BA or BS degree in Chemical, Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or equivalent experience. Alternate science degrees will be considered.
