About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and develop training and personnel development activities to enhance work potential and align with the organization's vision, mission, policies, and goals for employees.
• Implement internal relationship-building activities to foster good relationships and improve the organization's image.
• Survey needs and design training and development activities for employees. Using both Training and Non-Training methods, to instill positive attitudes and enhance work potential in line with the organization's vision, mission, policies, and goals.
• Plan training courses based on Competency-Based Training to align with the organization's strategy.
• Onboarding Program and New Employee Orientation
• Prepare training reports for presentation to supervisors and executives.
• Plan and develop promotional media and learning materials, both offline and online, to facilitate information retrieval after training.
• Prepare and follow up on course certification with the Department of Skill Development.
• Present, improve, and develop work processes, and support all departments in the Human Resources and Administrative Division to efficiently execute plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing training programs.
• Familiarity with various learning methodologies and approaches (e.g., classroom, online, blended learning).
• Strong understanding of the 70-20-10 training model or other adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Ability to design and develop training content and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Someone who can think creatively and organize fun activities, with a background in recreational activities, would be in advantage.
