Company Secretary (Junior Level)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board and shareholder meeting agendas, minutes and other related documents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including statutory registers and filings
• Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
• Providing administrative support to the senior management team as needed
• Contributing to the development and implementation of corporate governance best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar company secretary or corporate governance role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with corporate secretarial software
• Proactive and able to multi-task effectively
• Keen interest in corporate governance and compliance
