Project Coordinator (Renewable Energy)
About this position
The Project Coordinator (Renewable Energy) is responsible for managing projects, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
• Project Management to Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing project proposals.
• Project Feasibility to study and evaluating investment opportunities of potential project.
• Coordinating with internal teams and all relevant external parties e.g. EGAT, government agencies, project sponsor/ shareholder, lenders, lenders’ advisor, and contractor.
• Leading and managing execution of the project by coordinating internal.
• Contract negotiation/ contract reviewing.
• Contract management/ budget control.
• EPC management.
• Preparing presentation to working committee.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project development.
• Experience in renewable energy would be an advantage.
• Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements.
• Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, and strong contractual knowledge.
• Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
