Head of Sales - Cloud Solutions

The Head of Sales is a strategic leader who will drive aggressive sales growth for cloud solutions through a network of partner channels. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing a winning sales strategy, and exceeding revenue targets for cloud products and services. This role is crucial for expanding the reach of cloud and empowering partners to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a team of cloud sales representatives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to address the best solutions to support partner goals.
• Set ambitious and achievable sales targets and quotas for sales team.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team success.
• Identify and qualify new partner opportunities.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize complex partner deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to set strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the cloud computing or enterprise software industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the cloud computing landscape and cloud products and services.
• Deep knowledge of partner channel sales strategies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Having relevant cloud technical or sales certifications is a plus.
• Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
