About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in preparing and processing quotes, proposals, and contracts for cloud services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and order statuses.
• Manage and track the entire sales order process, from initial request to final delivery.
• Ensure accurate data entry of sales orders into CRM and ERP systems.
• Generate and distribute sales reports, including pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Assist with preparing and verifying pricing details for quotes and bids.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding quotes, contracts, and orders.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to the service delivery team.
• Schedule and organize sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, webinars, and trade shows.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service, preferably in the cloud computing or technology industry.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
