About this position
Responsibilities
• Managing executive’s schedule and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Taking minutes of meetings for executive quickly and correctly.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external parties to achieve work assignment.
• Verifying documents accuracy before presenting to executive for approval.
• Preparing and summarizing information as assignment to support executive’s planning for the future.
• Monitoring and following up a progress of working on time.
• Handling executive’s expense reimbursement to ensure management and operation flow smoothly.
• Handling with ad hoc jobs assigned by executive completely and on a timely basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Social Science or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in secretary or administrative assistant.
• Experience in personal assistant or secretary with foreign executive would be an advantage.
• Good organizational, prioritization, planning and time management skills.
• Being proactive with good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to use MS office.
