Healthcare Policy & Network Executive
About this position
As a Healthcare Policy & Network Executive, you will be part of a Sales and Marketing team that manages the promotional activities of GSK brands from development to implementation, focusing on achieving annual sales, profit, and market share objectives.
Responsibilities
• Deliver the brand plan valued for a large number of products at GSK
• Develop and implement marketing activities and ensure annual sales, profit, and market share objectives are reached
• Manage the supply chain and provide relevant communication to the trade for SKUs affected by manufacturing issues
• Complete the forecast through the dashboard
• Compile regular updates for product brands
• Manage the stock outs interface for each product
• Work with the Multi-Channel Marketing Lead on the Certificate of Suitability for the products
• Maintain the Operations Spend Tracker
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
• Experience working in brand management, sales, marketing or other relevant commercial experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry (consult manager on other relevant commercial experience)
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Ability to build and implement new ways of working.
• Ability to solve problems, be an innovative thinker, and provide flexibility to drive excellent performance
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing multiple products and challenges at one time
